A Note From our Founder

I grew up the daughter of immigrant parents who didn't have many resources, but invested everything they could in me and my education. Their support instilled in me a deep desire to give back to families like mine and build something with the potential to uplift millions. That mission is the core of our work at Clipboard.

In our earliest days, I was the entire company. I was the app, our support team, our billing team—all at once and all while nursing my newborn son late at night.

Those nights made it clear how important and how urgent our work is. Everything I learned during them drove me to get my own CNA certification so that I could viscerally experience everything our nurses do. Now, it's how our whole team operates: We get as close to our customers as possible so that we can truly understand their problems. Everything we have built and will build—from flexible scheduling to Instant Pay—stems from this practice.

I'm immensely proud of how far we've come, and cannot wait for where we're going.
