There are a lot of ways to make a “fine” living.

You could work somewhere trying to make better addictive algorithms, or getting grocery shoppers to spend 3% more each trip, or making software that ultimately only eliminates jobs.

And these are all “fine” ways to make a living. But when our friends ask us how we’re doing, we don’t want to tell them “fine”.

We want something more. We want to help someone’s grandma live another two years because her nurses were so wonderful that they truly uplifted her. We want to help an RN travel the country with her kids, each day visiting a waterpark and working a shift in a new state. We want to help a CNA go back to school, get his LVN degree, and then put on a free-clinic in his home country of Nigeria.

And so we are. Every day we work to uplift millions of communities across the US. Every day we work to create more.
