For Hakop Kyupelian, CEO of Holistic Care Hospice and Palliative Services, growth has never been solely about scaling — it’s about expanding access to care.
Holistic Care was ready and licensed to scale geographically, but doing so would require finding reliable local clinicians in those new areas. “Our patients are homebound or terminally ill,” Hakop explains. For those patients and their families, delays or coverage gaps can postpone critical support at a time when every day counts.
